Before earning her law degree and becoming a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer, Patricia served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years. She then attended CSU Fullerton and earned her B.A. in English and Linguistics. Because of her military background, Patricia searched for a career with purpose. She developed her passion for the law during the ten years she worked as a litigation paralegal at Rose, Klein & Marias. As a paralegal, she had extensive contact with clients and understood the full range of their injuries. Ms. Garcia then decided to take the next step. She attended Southwestern Law School’s accelerated SCALE program and earned her law degree in two years. Her life and work experiences have helped her develop the work ethic and grit required to advocate for injured clients. For this reason she decided she wanted to continue her work in personal injury. After passing the bar exam in 2018, Patricia returned to Rose, Klein & Marias and joined their liability department as an associate.
Ms. Garcia handles personal injury, products liability, and employment matters. She is a member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Latina Lawyers Association. Patricia is also fluent in Spanish.
