Annie Gorden

Associate Attorney

Annie L. Gorden has dedicated her legal career to representing workers and advocating for workplace justice.

Ms. Gorden received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Peace and Conflict Studies, and her M.A. in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego. She then worked for almost four years as a legal assistant and case manager advocating for immigrants, asylees, and refugees. Ms. Gorden then received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) as a Chancellor’s Scholar with a concentration in Social Justice Lawyering. During law school she was a Peggy Browning Fellow at a workers’ justice nonprofit as well as a clerk with a class-action employment law firm representing workers in wage and hour and discrimination cases.

Ms. Gorden joined Rose, Klein & Marias upon passing the California Bar as an associate in the Workers’ Compensation practice group representing injured workers. Ms. Gorden primarily handles cases in the Inland Empire, and also has matters in the San Diego area. She is a member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, the National Lawyers Guild, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.

Ms. Gorden lives in Redlands and enjoys outdoor adventures with loved ones, reading historical fiction, and vegan baking
