Jacqueline has seventeen years of experience as an Administrative Law Judge with the Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board. Presiding over cases in Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, San Diego County, and Kern County. Presiding over cases in multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, electric utilities, warehouse, food manufacturing, and retail. Handling Covid cases, mine cases, and heat illness cases. Writing decisions, handling settlement conference, pre-hearing conferences, and status conferences. As well as researching the law and issuing orders.

She also has 7 years of experience as an attorney with a private firm in the Inland Empire representing injured workers with major catastrophic injuries. She was selected as supervising attorney for the Workers Compensation Department in 2006.

As Deputy Attorney General for the State of California she handled tort and condemnation cases throughout Southern California from 1994-1997.
