After graduating from USC in 1953, Mr. Lehman obtained his JD from UCLA in 1956. Mr. Lehman is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation for the State Bar of California. Mr. Lehman is a member of the California, Long Beach, and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. He is a member of the LACBA Workers' Compensation Committee, a lecturer for CEB and a Judge Pro Tem for WCAB (Los Angeles and Long Beach). Mr. Lehman is a past president of SCAAA, and a past director of CAAA.
