Mr. Galperson received his BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992, and his JD from Southwestern University School of Law 1995. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1995. In 2005, he became a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the State Bar of California. In 2010, he became accredited to handle claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and has lectured to several groups on Workers' Compensation Law.
