Ms. Kropp graduated from UCLA, receiving a B.A. in Design. She went on to Southwestern University School of Law and received her JD degree in 1978. It was during law school that she decided she wanted to practice Workers' Compensation, and she has done so since being hired by Rose, Klein & Marias in 1979. During her career, she has acted as Judge pro Tem at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, held office in The Southern California Applicants' Attorneys Association and helped plan numerous conferences put on by SCAAA. She is a member of the California Bar Association as well as The California Applicants' Attorneys Association.
